DOGS

Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement at a price of EUR 20.00 per day without food ( from 2023 EUR 25.00 per day without food will be charged).
Not all of our rooms are suitable for dogs.
Hotel Raffl reserves the right to charge extra for any final cleaning that may be required on departure.
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in certain rooms and some dining rooms and in the garden area.
Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the entire complex.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the dog unattended in the room.

NON SMOKING

As a hotel with a healthy lifestyle, we ask you to consider, that the rooms, the restaurant and the lounge are non smoking spaces. You're welcome to smoke outside the hotel or on the balcony of your room.

LOCAL VISITOR TAX

A local visitor tax of Euro 1,60 per person and day is also payable (except for children under 14). The purpose of the tax is to maintain the natural and cultural treasures of the region.

CANCELLATIONS

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘ Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior arrival are free of charge
• For short-term cancellation, as well as for late arrival and early departure we will charge 100% of the total amount.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION

For a binding reservation we ask you gently to pay 30% of the total ammount in advance by bank transfer. The reservation is valid as soon as we send you a written confirmation.
